Chris Waddle states Newcastle is not a fit for Mourinho's style

Rumors regarding Jose Mourinho's potential move to Newcastle continue to circulate. With the future of Eddie Howe in question, former player Chris Waddle noted that the club is facing a choice between trophies or entertaining football. This was reported by Goal.com xabar.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mourinho has won numerous trophies. However, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid manager is sometimes accused of playing boring football.
His behavior at press conferences and on the touchline has always been a focal point of attention.
For the 63-year-old Portuguese specialist, only winning matters. He pays little attention to the methods used to achieve results.
Newcastle recently secured its first domestic trophy after a 70-year hiatus and participated in the Champions League.
The team's slide toward the bottom of the Premier League table this season has increased the pressure on Eddie Howe. Consequently, speculation about Mourinho's return to England has intensified.
In Waddle's opinion, while Mourinho is a brilliant coach, his style might not appeal to Newcastle fans.
"If he gets them into the top four and wins cups, people will put up with it. But if the results aren't there, they will be unhappy with the style of football," Waddle said.
He also added that Eddie Howe should be provided with funds to purchase new players.
