Huawei is preparing to release a new version of the MatePad Pro Max tablet, previously introduced to the global market, specifically for China. The device for the local market will be enriched with expanded memory options and a new color palette. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
The main feature of the new model lies in its storage capacity. Users will be offered variants with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. A special Collector’s Edition with 20 GB of RAM is also expected to be introduced. In total, seven different memory configurations of the tablet will be released.
The device design will be available in black, gray, and white. Technically, the tablet may be equipped with the HarmonyOS 6.1 operating system and a new T93 or Kirin 9030 chip. Huawei is positioning this model as the company's thinnest flagship tablet.
Insiders note that the starting price in China will be lower compared to the global version. Additionally, Huawei plans to introduce its new Mate 70 and Pura 80 series smartphones in the near future.
