Faulty rides are now identified via app

In Uzbekistan, reporting faulty or potentially dangerous amusement park rides just got easier. A new mobile application called “Ride Control” has been launched for this purpose.

According to the Committee for Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety, the app allows users to report technical problems with attractions in public parks and recreational areas across the country.

To use it, users must register, select their region, district, and park, then describe the issue. Each submission can be tracked in real time to check whether it’s being processed or resolved.

Currently, the app is only available for Android devices and can be downloaded free of charge. Additionally, users can call the Committee’s hotline at +998 71 203 02 39 to submit complaints.
