A new procedure for preferential pensions has been established

According to Government Resolution No. 637 dated October 10, 2025, a regulation was approved that establishes the procedure for preferential retirement for those working in harmful or hazardous working conditions.

According to the new procedure, proposals for making changes to the list of workers, professions, and positions are submitted to the employer and the trade union in two copies. Subsequently, the Special Commission verifies:

• compliance of the workplace and technological processes with the project;
• compliance with equipment readiness and safety regulations;
• Availability and condition of personal protective equipment.

If violations in working conditions are detected, they must be eliminated before certification.

This regulation is aimed at protecting the interests of those working in hazardous conditions and clearly defining the possibilities of early retirement.
