The number of people arriving in Uzbekistan for medical purposes has reached 86 thousand

According to the National Statistics Committee, in 2025, 86,199 foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for medical treatment. This indicator means that the demand for medical services in the region is growing and the attractiveness of Uzbekistan in the medical field is growing.

By country, the largest share belongs to citizens of Tajikistan - 59,145 people. The following places are occupied by the Kyrgyz Republic (15,631) and Kazakhstan (8,224). Also, 1,899 citizens from Russia, 914 from Afghanistan, and 224 from Turkmenistan arrived for treatment.

The list also includes distant countries: 47 from Turkey, 16 from the USA, 15 from China, and 11 from Azerbaijan. In addition, 73 patients were from other countries.
