The weather will be warm on February 7–8, but fog will fall

“Uzhydromet” has released the weather forecast for February 7–8. According to it, the weekend across the republic will be mostly without precipitation. In other words, the weather will “take a break” a bit by the end of the week, but in some areas fog and conditions in mountainous places still require attention.
On Saturday, only in the Fergana Valley areas, intermittent precipitation (rain or snow) may occur. If on Friday daytime temperatures are 1–6°C above zero, and in the north 2–7°C below zero, then on Saturday night it will range from 2°C below zero to 3°C above zero. During the day, the weather will become noticeably milder, and temperatures are expected to rise to 7–12°C above zero.
On Sunday, mainly precipitation-free weather will also persist. Temperatures will be around 0–5°C above zero at night and about 10–15°C above zero during the day. Fog may form in some places. The wind will blow at 7–12 m/s, and on February 6 and 8 it may strengthen in some areas up to 13–18 m/s.
In mountainous regions, the weather will follow “its own rules”: intermittent precipitation (rain, snow) may be observed. Most importantly, the risk of avalanches remains, so caution is recommended on mountain roads.
In Tashkent city, no precipitation is expected over the weekend. On Saturday night and in the morning, fog may occur. Temperatures on Saturday night will be from 1°C below zero to 1°C above zero, and during the day 9–11°C above zero. On Sunday night it will be 1–3°C above zero, and during the day 13–15°C above zero.
