From April 1, the movement of bicycles and scooters in the Botanical Garden is prohibited
From April 1, 2026, the movement of all types of bicycles and scooters on the territory of the Tashkent Botanical Garden will be temporarily suspended. The park administration made this decision to ensure the safety of citizens and create an atmosphere of peaceful walks in the park.
Recently, a number of unpleasant incidents have been recorded in the park due to the movement of bicycles and scooters. During these incidents, citizens fell and sustained injuries of varying degrees. Especially among children, young people, and adults, there has been an increase in such situations.
Based on the decision, the Botanical Garden administration is focusing on making the garden's territory safe and encouraging walking. Now visitors to the park will be able to walk instead of riding bicycles or scooters, and calmly enjoy natural landscapes.
