Putin's unedited video message has been released (video)

Reports have circulated that the Kremlin press service published Vladimir Putin's video message to Russian women in an incorrect format - unedited - on the eve of March 8th.
It was reported that on the night of March 8, a 6-minute, 19-second video appeared on the Kremlin's official Telegram channel. The video shows Putin reading the congratulatory text twice and asking to be rewritten again, saying that his throat "itchy" after the first attempt.
"Let me read it again, because..." It itched. Yes, it itched. I almost coughed. I talked a lot today," Putin said after the first attempt.
The "Agency" publication notes that the unedited version remained on the official channel for a short time, after which the video was shortened and re-posted. It is said that in these extra minutes, the first version of the video was reposted by some Telegram channels and publications, and later they also deleted the old version and posted a new shortened version.
The Kremlin's official channels appear to have an abridged version of the same address (around 2:53).
It should be recalled that various comments have been made about Putin's frequent coughing during his speeches before: in some speeches, it was reported that he attributed this condition to air conditioners.
In short, this event is more like a technical error in the information space than a "big policy": one incorrectly uploaded file - and "extra double" spreads faster than all of them on the internet.
