Haval has unveiled official images of its new petrol-powered Raptor SUV, which will be available in five colors: moss green, gray, white, black, and cloud gray. The moss green color is exclusive to the petrol version.
The new model presents a more rugged and off-road-oriented design compared to the Hi4 hybrid version. It features a grille with vertical slats, rectangular headlights with rounded corners, and a massive silver front guard. From the side, it showcases a classic "boxy" body shape and a spare tire mounted on the tailgate. The rear lights are designed in the same style as the front optics.
The SUV's dimensions are 4800 (4680) x 1950 x 1822 (1843) mm, with a wheelbase of 2738 mm. Wheel options include 19 and 18 inches. Under the hood lies a 2.0-liter GW4N20A turbocharged engine producing 175 kW (235 hp), known from the Haval H6 and Haval Dagou models. A 9-speed dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel-drive system are expected.
The petrol version of the Haval Raptor could significantly strengthen the brand's position in the market, where there is already high interest in 2024–2025 automotive novelties. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
