On October 15, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 642, which introduced a new procedure for digitalizing the educational process for training and retraining drivers.
According to the decree, candidates who successfully complete their studies in educational institutions and pass the exams will be issued a unified electronic certificate based on the minutes of the examination commission.
These licenses are automatically generated through the "e-avtota'lim.uz" information system and are provided in real time to business entities conducting driver's license exams. No fee is charged for an electronic certificate.
