Chinese electric vehicle giant BYD has unveiled its next flagship model, the Seal 8 sedan. The new car is ready to make a splash in the automotive market with its technical specifications and innovative solutions. The main highlight of the car is the second-generation Blade 2.0 battery installed in it.
This modern battery technology allows the car to travel over 1000 kilometers on a single charge according to the CLTC standard. In addition, the charging system has been significantly accelerated: it takes only 9 minutes to charge the battery from 10 to 100 percent. This is considered one of the best performance figures in the history of electric vehicles.
The BYD Seal 8 also stands out with its large dimensions. The sedan is 5150 millimeters long, 1999 millimeters wide, and 1505 millimeters high. The wheelbase is 3030 millimeters, which creates a spacious and comfortable environment inside the cabin for passengers. The new flagship is expected to pose a serious challenge to its competitors in the premium segment, not only with its speed but also with its design and comfort.
