Innotech Solutions signs $20M deal with Beijing
Innotech Solutions enters the international scene with Beijing deal, reported Upl.uz.
At the end of May 2025, Uzbekistan-based company Innotech Solutions, registered in IT Park, signed a $20 million (approx. 252 billion UZS) contract with the administration of Mano, a township in Beijing’s Shunyi district. According to IT Park’s press service, the agreement marks a significant step in strengthening international ties and developing Uzbekistan’s IT sector.

Recently, a delegation from Shunyi district — including local officials and business representatives — visited Fergana region. The meeting, attended by regional governor Khayrulla Bazarov, focused on economic and investment cooperation, industrial growth, information technology, and joint sectoral initiatives.

During the talks, the Chinese side proposed ideas to enhance cooperation in automotive manufacturing, electronics, tourism, and IT. Participants emphasized that collaboration between leading companies from Uzbekistan and China could result in major joint projects.

The highlight of the visit was the contract signed between Innotech Solutions and the Mano administration. Under the agreement, the municipality will utilize software developed by the Uzbek company. This milestone for IT Park shows that local developers can compete on the global market.

In May, Khayrulla Bazarov also met with representatives from Shandong province. They discussed establishing a dedicated tech park in Fergana. Chinese firm Woerde Group expressed readiness to open a Fergana trade house in China, and vice versa, for Shandong in Uzbekistan. This move aims to enhance trade and attract new investments.

Mano is located in Beijing’s Shunyi district — one of the capital’s major transport and logistics hubs. It houses the Beijing International Airport, serving millions of passengers yearly, making it a strategic area for global business.
