Temirchi gold mine sold at auction for $5.4 million

On August 18, the Temirchi gold mine, located 26.7 km northwest of the town of Zafarabad, Nurota district, Navoi region, was sold at auction on the E-auksion platform.
The mine was put up for sale at a starting price of 4 billion 120 million 412 thousand. During the bidding process, which lasted almost 12 hours, prices increased sharply due to competition among bidders, and the asset was sold for 67 billion 780 million 777 thousand soums. This is 16.5 times more than the total starting price of the lot.
In the end, the lot was won by Zauris LLC. This enterprise was registered in Tashkent on July 4, 2025. The type of activity is mining of non-ferrous metal ores. The authorized capital is 10 million soums.
The company is 100 percent owned by Fayzieva Feruza Tohir kyzy. Feruza Fayzieva is also listed as the manager.
The winner will receive the right to mine gold from the designated areas and conduct prospecting in accordance with current legislation. The investor will be required to mine precious metals using the gold prospecting method.
