Which type of insurance are Uzbeks choosing the most?

According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of insurance services in Uzbekistan in January-October 2025 amounted to 10 trillion soums. This figure increased by 2.6 trillion soums compared to the corresponding period of 2024.

The largest share in the volume of insurance services was insurance against accidents, insurance of motor vehicles and other types of transport, cargo and property insurance. These species constituted 81.5% of the total volume.

Also, in January-October 2025, the share of reinsurance services was 14.2%, and the share of life insurance services was 4.3%.

This data demonstrates the development of the insurance market in Uzbekistan and the public's interest in strengthening protection against accidents.
