According to the National Statistics Committee, in 2025, Uzbekistan imported 422.6 thousand tons of wheat flour from 8 foreign countries. The total value of imports was 124.6 million US dollars.
It is noted that the volume of imports decreased by 48.3 thousand tons or 10.3% compared to 2024. This indicator means that external purchases in the flour market have decreased.
In 2025, the largest amount of wheat flour was imported to Uzbekistan from Kazakhstan - 399.8 thousand tons. Also, 22.1 thousand tons of flour were delivered from Russia.
The share of other countries was much smaller: 425 tons of flour were imported from Tajikistan, 90 tons from the USA, and 50 tons from Kyrgyzstan. Another 71.3 tons of flour came from other countries.
