Luffa AI, a provider of innovative solutions at the intersection of Web3 and Artificial Intelligence (AI), announced that it has secured a strategic investment from Hong Kong-based GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited. Under this agreement, Luffa AI is valued at $220 million. The parties aim to create a next-generation fintech ecosystem by collaborating on AI, quantum security, and blockchain technologies, according to Cointelegraph.com reports.
In the current internet landscape, user identity control by platforms and the lack of independent wallets for AI agents remain key challenges. Luffa addresses these issues through DID (Decentralized Identity) and the SuperBox open mini-app ecosystem. The LuffaPay system allows users to perform cross-chain payments and manage assets.
As of February 2026, the Luffa ecosystem has shown rapid growth: over 3 million global downloads, 2 million registered users, and more than 150,000 daily active users. The company's Luffa Wallet and SuperBox platforms are currently being successfully applied in sectors such as prediction markets, AI gaming, and RWA (Real World Assets).
Within the framework of this strategic partnership, Luffa AI and GoFintech Quantum will develop AI-driven smart investment systems and on-chain financial automation platforms. Plans also include the implementation of RegTech solutions compliant with Hong Kong and international standards, as well as quantum encryption technologies for digital asset security.
