
With the arrival of the New Year, many, to the sounds of the chimes, once again write their wishes on paper, burn them, and drink their ashes in glasses. There is only one hope: life will change in the new year, dreams will come true. But what is happening in practice? In the best case - no changes, and in the worst scenario - health problems.
The problem is not in the ceremony. The problem is in our way of thinking.
Many people think: desire should be expressed "correctly," not "I want," but with special words. In reality, it doesn't matter at all. What word you use doesn't determine the result.
The main issue is not the desire itself, but the inner state behind it.
You need to stop dreaming and first identify the problem. For example:
- my personal life isn't going well;
- I don't have money for the house I dream of;
- my income is not reaching the required level.
Why is this important? Because it will be possible to identify the internal psychological mechanism that hinders the solution of this problem.
Often, even in childhood, we develop a dangerous attachment. You once desperately wanted something - a toy, a trip, a gift. But you didn't get it. At that moment, the feeling of desire was connected with despair. An automatic program called "wanting = disappointing" has been activated in the brain.
Years passed, you grew up, but this neural connection remained. Now, every time you dream, the brain activates not only the desire, but also the unpleasant feeling associated with it. As a result, action slows down, decisions are delayed, and opportunities become invisible. And again comes to the conclusion that "dreams did not come true."
Therefore, the solution is not a question from the Universe or magic words. The solution is to break the connection between desire and despair.
Desire should be associated with feelings of joy, confidence, and satisfaction. This is when the brain triggers a new scenario. He himself begins to search for solutions, sees opportunities, and gives impetus to action. Because it is the brain that controls the main changes happening in our lives, and the "miracles" of the new year begin with this.
The conclusion is simple:
- no ceremony is required for dreams;
- you already have the necessary resources;
- the main thing is to learn how to direct the brain correctly.
Don't be afraid to dream in the New Year. But this time start it consciously, on the right basis.
