In Jizzakh region, those who beat drivers and passengers were detained

In the Jizzakh region, prompt measures were taken in connection with the incident of hooliganism on the Tashkent-Termez highway. A resident of the city of Karshi, Kashkadarya region, appealed to the emergency service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Jizzakh region for assistance in resolving a traffic accident.
The incident occurred on the section of the Tashkent-Termez highway passing through the territory of the Dustlik district of the Jizzakh region. The driver of the Hyundai, Sh.Sh., born in 2002, was driven by two Cobalt cars and was forced to stop.
After that, a group of unknown persons approached the car and used violence against the driver and three other citizens living in the Karshi district and the city of Karshi. As a result, the victims received injuries of varying degrees. At the same time, it is said that the right side indicator and front side window of the Hyundai car were also damaged.
As a result of operational measures carried out by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Jizzakh region, the suspects were identified in a short time. Among them are three individuals born in 1992 and 1993, residing in the Sergeli and Chilanzar districts of Tashkent, three individuals born in 1990, 1997, and 2004, residing in the Uchtepa district, and a citizen born in 1998, residing in the Zangiata district of Tashkent region.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspects under Article 277, Part 3, Clause "g" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was also reported that a preventive measure of detention was applied to three suspects.
In short, the road is not a place where "self-rules" work. A few minutes of quarrel eventually turns into a criminal case - and this situation once again demonstrates how important tranquility and the rule of law are on the highway.
