On April 7, 2026, the Sergeli District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement received an enforcement document based on a writ of execution from the Yakkasaroy Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases to recover 282,618,521 soums in unpaid wages from the debtor, P.S. LLC, in favor of citizen M.A.
This enforcement case was initiated in accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Execution of Judicial Acts and Acts of Other Bodies," and urgent enforcement actions were carried out by state bailiff A. Abdumajidov.
As a result of effective enforcement measures, the citizen's hard-earned monthly wages were fully recovered within a short period.
After all, an employee's salary is the sustenance for their family, the support for their children, and their confidence in the future. Therefore, every employer must fulfill their obligations to employees on time.
Thus, the requirements of the enforcement document were fully met, and the case was closed in accordance with Article 41, Part 1 of the Law.
