Uzbek boxers achieve remarkable results at the World Championship in Dubai

The Men's World Boxing Championship, organized by the International Boxing Association (IBA), took place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Competing in this prestigious tournament, which brought together the best fighters worldwide, the Uzbekistan national team displayed their exceptional potential once again.

Led by head coach Tolqin Qilichev, the Uzbekistan team participated in the championship with 13 boxers. Despite fierce competition, intense battles, and high pressure, the team concluded the event with 2 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze medals. This achievement once again highlighted the effectiveness of the stable system and continuous efforts in Uzbek boxing.

In particular, Hasanboy Dusmatov's performance left a lasting impression on fans. Not only did he clinch the championship title in his weight category, but he was also awarded the tournament's most prestigious individual honor, the "Best Boxer" award. This recognition further solidifies his standing and influence in the world of boxing.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time Hasanboy Dusmatov has earned such an esteemed title. He was also named the best boxer of the tournament at the 2023 World Championship held in Tashkent. Thus, his success in Dubai is not a mere coincidence but a logical continuation of years of relentless hard work and high-level athletic mastery.

Overall, the World Championship in Dubai marked another historic chapter for Uzbek boxing. These achievements serve as a source of pride not only for the athletes but also for the nation's fans, fostering great hope ahead of future major tournaments.
