Liam Rosenor becomes Chelsea's fastest sacked head coach

Liam Rosenor has been named the shortest-serving head coach in Chelsea's history, excluding interim managers. His tenure was remarkably brief.
The English specialist worked at the club for only 104 days. In doing so, he broke the record of Roberto Di Matteo, who previously managed Chelsea for 118 days in 2012.
However, the "fastest departure" record within the Rosenor family is still held by his father, Leroy Rosenor, who has a longer career history. He was dismissed from his post at Torquay United just 10 minutes after being appointed in 2026. This situation was linked to a change in club ownership, which led to an immediate reversal of the decision.
Liam Rosenor arrived at Chelsea from Strasbourg in January of this year. Despite signing a long-term contract with the club until 2032, results disrupted these plans.
Currently, Chelsea are in 7th place in the Premier League with 48 points after 34 rounds. The team has lost all of its last five matches, falling into a serious crisis.
In short, Rosenor's brief spell at Chelsea has once again highlighted the immense pressure at the club.
