During the meeting, Ralf Rangnick outlined his conditions for the system he intends to create at the club once his tenure with the Austria national team concludes. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, this is not about a coaching role, but rather a supervisor position overseeing the entire technical department.
Rangnick's demands are quite serious: he wants to independently select the first-team coach, bring in his own large staff of scouts and analysts, and unify the youth academy into a single system.
