PSG players to receive massive bonus for Champions League victory

The Paris Saint-Germain board has promised players a massive financial reward for a victory over Arsenal in the Champions League final. According to the French newspaper L'Equipe, each member of the squad will receive a bonus of approximately 1 million euros if they win the prestigious trophy. This is reported by Goal.com reports .
This bonus system was agreed upon following negotiations between the club's key players—Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi, Ousmane Dembele, and Vitinha—and the management. This agreement reflects a new approach under PSG sporting director Luis Campos: the club now prioritizes collective success over individual performance.
The French champions won the title last season by defeating Inter 5-0 in the final. If they beat Arsenal at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, they will become Champions League winners for the second consecutive time. This victory would trigger one of the largest collective payouts in the club's history.
Commenting on the financial incentives, head coach Luis Enrique focused on making history. "I think there is no greater motivation than winning the Champions League. We have already gone down in history as one of the best teams in Europe, but we must make the most of this opportunity," said the Spanish specialist.
The advantage of the new system is that both starting XI stars and substitute players are rewarded equally. While star players were given special privileges in previous years, the current structure is aimed at valuing the overall contribution of the entire squad.
