The Tashkent City Police Department has issued a warning about a new type of fraudulent scheme using artificial intelligence.

According to reports, fraudsters are spreading false information about donations or monetary rewards to citizens by "connecting" famous people's faces through artificial intelligence. These messages are being sent with special links.

When a citizen clicks the link, their personal data can be stolen and money can be withdrawn from their bank card. Even if there is no money on the card at the moment, there is a risk that the funds received will be automatically withdrawn.

Citizens are asked to contact "102" if they encounter such situations.
