US-Uzbek business cooperation will be taken to a new level

The official launch ceremony of the US-Uzbekistan Business and Investment Council was held in Washington to further strengthen ties between American and Uzbek businesspeople. The event was attended by the co-chairs of the council, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva, and US President's Special Representative for South and Central Asia Sergio Gore.
The ceremony discussed important issues such as raising economic cooperation to a new level, attracting investments, and strengthening business ties between the two countries. Saida Mirziyoyeva wrote on her Telegram channel, "This structure will undoubtedly become an effective platform for further strengthening business ties between Uzbekistan and the United States. The strong political will expressed by our presidents in this regard is creating a solid foundation."
At a meeting held before the ceremony, the two sides agreed on joint plans to discuss priority areas of practical cooperation.
The event serves as an important step in developing strategic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States in new directions.
