The cousin of Princes William and Harry, 20-year-old Rosy Jean Burke Roche, was found dead at her home in Wiltshire, Kursiv reported. She was discovered by her mother and sister. Rosy was a first-year English literature student at Durham University and was preparing for a trip with friends.
Police said there were no signs of foul play. According to the coroner, the cause of death was a head injury. The investigation continues, with the next court hearing scheduled for October 25.
Rosy was the eldest daughter of Edmund Hugh Burke Roche and Philippa Kate Victoria Long, and her grandfather, the fifth Baron Fermoy, was an uncle to Princess Diana. Durham University expressed deep sorrow over her death. Buckingham Palace declined to comment, while Wiltshire police called for respect for the Roche family’s privacy. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
