Russian troops struck an oil refinery located in the city of Chuguyev, Kharkiv Oblast. According to Sergey Lebedev, the coordinator of closed operations in the Mykolaiv region, who informed RIA Novosti about this, Ukrainian and British servicemen were killed as a result of the attack.
"Among the victims are officers of the British Army. They were evacuated to Kharkiv by helicopter," Lebedev said.
According to reports, after the attack, about 58 seriously wounded foreign soldiers were evacuated from the factory territory.
Sources added that the Armed Forces of Ukraine, starting Wednesday, began secretly accumulating military equipment, personnel, and fuel reserves in the region in preparation for an operation against Russia.
