It has been reported that the death toll from US and Israeli airstrikes against Iran has reached 1,168. This was stated in a statement released by the Human Rights Activists News Agency.
It is reported that among the victims of the strikes, which have been ongoing since February 28, there are 194 minors. Thus, the number of victims as a result of the attacks has increased.
As a reminder, reports circulated on February 28th that the US and Israel had launched a military operation against Iran. Following this, Iran reportedly launched missile strikes on Israel and attacked some Middle Eastern countries where US military bases are located.
Due to the tense situation in the region, a number of countries have temporarily closed their airspace. At the same time, it was reported that Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in his residence as a result of the February 28 airstrikes.
