A new presidential decree has been announced

The costs of using certain social services are reimbursed on a voucher basis.

The Presidential Decree “On Measures to Expand the Scope of Social Services for Persons in Need of Care” (No. PP-171, 08.05.2025) was adopted.

According to the resolution, a voucher is issued to:

for the provision of social and household assistance in home conditions and day care services:
- to persons included in the Register of Poor Families, Single Persons in Need of Care and Single Elderly Persons and Persons with Disabilities;
- to persons (families) receiving child benefits and financial assistance through the “Single Register of Social Protection” information system;

for the services of a personal assistant:
- to a person with a disability of group I;
- a person with a primary disability due to blindness;
- a person with a first-time disability due to wheelchair use.

By December 1, 2025, small family homes for adults in need of care will be established at Social Support Centers. Telegram’da «Zamin»i takip edin!
