Rising salaries are helping to improve living standards across the country. However, the issue of lower pay in certain regions remains relevant. Experts stress the importance of balanced economic development to reduce wage gaps.

Officials forecast that the upward trend in the labor market will continue in the coming months. Competition for the highest-paying jobs is intensifying in major sectors and regions.

Tashkent’s high average salary further strengthens its role as the economic center of the country. Sustainable growth in banking, industry and IT is expected to keep driving up average incomes.
