Specialists of the Technical Regulation Inspection inspected some types of antifreeze sold in Tashkent and Navoi.
During the inspection, samples of "Sibrina" produced in Russia, as well as "Energy Red," "Extended Live Energy Antifreeze (5 kg) " and "SibTrol Antifreeze G-12 (1 kg) " produced in Uzbekistan, were sent for laboratory analysis.
The result was not as expected: according to the conclusion of the accredited laboratory, these antifreezes do not meet the requirements of the technical regulations.
Studies have shown that such low-quality liquids do not conduct enough heat. This leads to engine overheating, rust, damage, and malfunctions in the radiator and pump system.
As a result, the vehicle's service life is significantly reduced, and serious technical damage may occur.
Therefore, specialists strongly advise drivers to carefully check the presence of product labels, manufacturer's country, technical specifications, and certificates when choosing antifreeze.
If you encounter suspicious or counterfeit products in retail stores, you can notify the Technical Regulation Inspection by calling the short number 1880.
