A new study on healthy eating has presented interesting conclusions: daily consumption of avocado and mango can improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system. According to Verywell Health, the harmonious combination of these two fruits increases the ability of blood vessels to dilate in response to blood flow. This is considered one of the critical indicators of heart health.

According to the research results, participants who regularly consumed avocado and mango for 8 weeks showed improved endothelial function. That is, blood vessels began to respond more quickly and efficiently to blood circulation. In particular, vessel dilation under the influence of blood flow increased by approximately 1 percent.

According to calculations by expert Matthew J. Landry, this figure is very significant: every 1 percent improvement in blood vessel dilation reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by approximately 8 percent.

The benefits of these fruits are explained by their rich composition. Avocado and mango contain dietary fiber, potassium, vitamin C, phytochemicals, and healthy fats. These components reduce oxidative stress in the body, lower inflammation, and improve vascular function.

Landry notes that these nutrients stimulate the production of nitric oxide in the body. This substance sends a "dilation signal" to the blood vessels and improves blood circulation.

At the same time, according to nutritionist Stephanie Johnson, the combination of these fruits can specifically serve to improve diastolic blood pressure. This reduces the workload on the heart and strengthens overall health.

However, an important aspect is that the most effective timing for consuming these products has not yet been precisely studied. Whether to consume them simultaneously or separately throughout the day requires additional research.

In short, avocado and mango are not only delicious but are also natural "superfoods" that bring great health benefits. However, it is advisable to consult with a specialist before making any dietary changes.
