However, many people ignore this, sometimes even consuming common foods in incorrect combinations. This can lead to the development of serious diseases.

A favorite dish for many, barbecue (shashlik), which is often cooked during holidays and weekends, can cause significant harm to the liver when consumed together with alcoholic beverages. The liver experiences heavy strain, forced to process both fatty meat and alcohol simultaneously. This causes pain, nausea, and a feeling of heaviness in the digestive system. Experts recommend eating less fatty meats, such as chicken or beef, in these situations.

Another mistake that negatively affects the digestive system is the combined consumption of fruits with main dishes. Substances found in fruits can cause bloating (meteorism) and increased gas formation when mixed with main foods.

Simultaneously consuming plant proteins (lentils, chickpeas, and other legumes) and animal proteins (meat, fish, eggs) also creates a heavy load for the stomach. Additionally, combining spicy foods with carbonated drinks can lead to stomach pain and exacerbate chronic stomach conditions.

Lamb combined with vinegar or strong tea negatively affects digestion. Beef should not be consumed simultaneously with onions or seafood, as this disturbs digestive processes. Seafood combined with fruits, especially dates and grapes, can cause vomiting and diarrhea.

It is also not advisable to use onions and garlic in one dish simultaneously. These two products together can strongly irritate the stomach and intestines, causing discomfort.

Certain food combinations negatively affect the cardiovascular system as well. For example, drinking wine along with strong tea or consuming it with fruits like peaches and dates can cause increased blood pressure, dizziness, and rapid heartbeat.

The combination of beans and cheese also negatively affects the body, causing fluid retention, which in turn raises levels of "bad" cholesterol and arterial pressure.

Proper food choices and correct combinations are essential for health. By following the rules of healthy eating, you help your body remain healthy and strong!
