Changes in share distribution at Anorbank
Significant changes have occurred in the share distribution at Anorbank. This was reported by Podrobno.uz.

The main shareholder of the bank, Qahramonjon Olimov, has seen his stake nearly halved, dropping from 99.38% to 49.38%. At the same time, a new major foreign partner — Bekamin B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands — has emerged in the bank's capital.

According to the Unified Corporate Information Portal, 400 million shares of the bank have been transferred to other parties.

Bekamin B.V. has been included in the list of Anorbank’s affiliated entities and has become one of its major shareholders with ownership of 400 million shares.

A few months earlier, on June 23, 48-year-old Uzbek entrepreneur Qahramonjon Olimov was reportedly kidnapped in Paris and subjected to brutal torture. At that time, he was recognized as the sole owner of Anorbank.

Following media reports about this incident, Anorbank released an official statement clarifying that the event was unrelated to personal or corporate activities and had no impact on the bank’s operational activities or financial stability.
