Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Baxtiyor Saidov received copies of the credentials from Saad Nasser Abdulla Abu Khaymed, the new Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Uzbekistan. This was reported by uzdaily.uznewsreports.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that Uzbekistan-Saudi Arabia relations are consistently and rapidly developing in a wide range of areas. The parties discussed the urgent priority areas of cooperation in trade-economics, investment, energy, and cultural-humanitarian fields, as well as prospects for further expansion.
Additionally, mutual interest in strengthening the partnership between the two countries and implementing joint initiatives to deepen cooperation was noted.
