An unethical advertisement for the "Lady Eva" clothing store, circulated on social media, sparked widespread public discussion. In the video, underwear was presented with "immoral" phrases, which many considered immoral and contrary to national and family values.
The Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Protection conducted a preliminary study of this situation. The Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment of the Republic of Uzbekistan stated that this advertisement does not correspond to the norms of morality and ethics of society.
Based on the relevant conclusions, the Competition Committee drew up an administrative report against the individual entrepreneur Shanazarov Shavkat Shausmanovich, who is the official manager of the "Lady Eva" store, and sent the case to the judicial authorities.
Now, the final decision on this case will be considered by the court. The entrepreneur's actions are evaluated within the framework of the law.
