The BMW accident in Mirabad raised serious questions (video)

On February 25, a traffic accident occurred in the Mirabad district of Tashkent, which caused a lot of public discussion. According to available information, a BMW M4 hit a traffic police inspector, resulting in the officer being hospitalized with injuries. This was reported by the press secretary of the Prosecutor General Hayot Shamsutdinov.
According to preliminary information, the driver of the car was a 16-year-old teenager, a 10th-grade student of a private school, who did not have a driver's license. This situation once again put on the agenda not only road safety issues, but also the issue of driving expensive and powerful cars by minors.
A pre-investigation check is currently underway in connection with the incident. According to officials, a legal decision will be made based on the results of the investigation. This means that the legal assessment of the incident has not yet been fully formed, but the case is being seriously investigated.
At the same time, reports of the death of a traffic police officer also circulated on social networks and some Telegram channels. However, the head of the information service of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Muzifa Sultanova, denied this information. Therefore, the officially confirmed information - that the inspector was hospitalized and his death - has not yet been confirmed.
In short, this incident in Mirabad is not just an accident, but a serious event that raised several important questions: the driving of minors, the issue of control, and overall road safety. Now the public is waiting for the results of the official investigation and a legal conclusion.
