Based on the decision of the Kokand Interdistrict Economic Court, the debtor I. D. was ordered to demolish an illegal structure located in the Turgoq neighborhood of Uchkuprik district.
In accordance with this enforcement document, state executors from the Uchkuprik district department of the Bureau carried out mandatory enforcement actions in the prescribed manner.
As a result of the measures taken, the structure, which was built in violation of legal requirements, was completely demolished.
It should be noted that illegal constructions not only violate urban planning regulations but can also pose a serious threat to public safety. Therefore, strict measures are being taken within the framework of the law against such cases, and court decisions are being enforced.
