Car of a debtor who did not repay the loan seized

The enforcement of the court decision dated December 21, 2024, by the Mirobod District Civil Court to recover a loan debt of 267.5 million som from a debtor citizen in favor of the Tashkent City Operations Department of "Kapitalbank" was assigned to the Shirin City Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.

The debtor was officially notified regarding the voluntary fulfillment of the enforcement document's demand, and the consequences of non-compliance were explained.

However, due to the voluntary non-payment of the debt within the stipulated period, enforcement actions were initiated, and the debtor's "Captiva" vehicle was seized and placed in the impound lot.

Currently, measures are being taken to put this vehicle up for auction.
