Currently, debt relations are being formalized by notaries. If the debt is not repaid on time, enforcement documents will be issued for its recovery.
Specifically, enforcement orders for the recovery of unpaid debt of 100 million soums in favor of the creditor from the debtor, based on a notary's enforcement document, were received by the Paxtakor district department of the Bureau.
During the enforcement actions carried out, motor vehicles belonging to the debtors were identified and placed in a impound lot.
In the future, these motor vehicles will be sold through auction sales, and the existing debts will be covered by the proceeds from these sales.
