After the Super League 15th round match between "Dinamo" and "Nasaf" (2:2), the home team's head coach Vadim Abramov answered journalists' questions.

— What are your comments about today's game?
— The match was interesting for the fans, but difficult for the coaches. The leaders of the table faced each other. I think this is not bad advertising for our championship. On the other hand, the lack of VAR in such a match is regrettable. Indeed, it was difficult for the referees, I agree with this opinion. Because with VAR and without VAR the situation is completely different. You saw what goals we conceded in the first half. Apart from set pieces, there were no other dangerous moments at our goal. But two set pieces led to goals. This is disappointing. After the score became 2:2, we had a chance, we could have scored.

However, perhaps the penalty also prevented us from showing a different game. Because when the score was 2:1, we went forward, the guys wanted to keep this score, but unfortunately, they could not. Nevertheless, we must thank the guys and the fans who came to the stadium. Thanks to the players, because the schedule is very tight. I myself am surprised how we have enough strength. The guys played with their last strength — it was clearly visible. Mirahmadov also has a knee problem. Now we will rest and prepare for the second round.

— Before you, Ruzikul Berdiev answered questions. He praised you and your team. Also, he noted Ratinho, saying he might replace Akmal Mozgovoy.
— Maybe they are interested, but Ratinho is our player. I think he will stay with us until the end of his contract. After the contract ends, their interest is another matter. We also try to keep our leaders. Time will tell. Why did he praise me? Maybe because I haven't been able to beat him for 10 years (laughter in the room).

— Today Mirahmadov got injured. Before that, Mustafoev and Maicon also left the squad. Interestingly, they were injured not because of collisions, but by themselves. — This is a very big question, I'll try to answer briefly. Indeed, because of such an irrigated field, injuries have increased. There is a lot of water, I dropped the ball on the ground — water splashed. I was surprised. We always train on a dry field, we never play on such a wet field. This causes injuries. You see, a player slipped in a simple place. Also, the schedule is tight — this also increases injuries. It would be better if they watered the field just a little — in moderation.

— The team played badly against "Navbahor" and "Bunyodkor", lost, people said that the team had reached its limit. But today they played against the leaders. Can this be considered a positive result?
— It's hard to say anything definite. I was most upset after the game with "Bunyodkor". The game turned out that way. If you remember, the "Pakhtakor" – "Neftchi" game was similar. "Dum-dum-dum" — four goals. This happens. Maybe we had a period of decline. Today I thank the guys for being able to respond properly. A strong team must know how to respond to defeat. After "Bunyodkor" we had a difficult match in Kokand and, playing with ten men, we won. These things affect. After that we returned from the trip, received "Neftchi" — we made mistakes in the game. Maybe their name influenced us, we allowed them to play. Today too, after going ahead 2:1, not keeping the pressure, we let the opponent play. Strength is not limitless. — I wanted to ask about Kojo. Things are not going well for him in Iran. "Istiklol" is thinking of renting him out, "Nasaf" is also interested. Considering the problems in attack, is "Dinamo" not considering the option of returning Kojo?
— There are not many options, because money was paid for Kojo. If "Nasaf" can pay the same or more money, then they will buy him. I don't know if they have such a desire. Unfortunately, we can't find such money to buy Kojo right now. His salary is also very high — this is a difficult issue for us. If "Nasaf" can, then well done.

— What can you say about strengthening the squad before the second round?
— Strengthening the squad always happens. We need to get a forward, a defensive midfielder, and a wing-back. Because Mustafoev is out for a long time. These three positions need to be filled first. According to our plan, on July 14 we are flying to Belarus. There we plan friendly matches against Belarus Premier League teams. We will prepare. The schedule is heavy: we come back and immediately — "Navbahor", "Pakhtakor" and OKMK. There will be repeated loads. — What do you say about the lack of VAR in today's match?
— I don't know why there is no VAR. After all, the leaders are playing, but there is no VAR — this is absolutely illogical. In such a situation, there is great pressure on the referee. With VAR and without VAR, refereeing is completely different. This affected our game. Why it happened like this — I don't know. Was the match broadcast from one camera?
