In some moments, we even gave up the advantage to the opponent, but thanks to discipline and character, we managed to maintain the result," Khomyakov said.
Coach Izzatillo also commented on Pulatov's two goals:
"This is not a pre-designed special tactic, but we gave it the opportunity to actively join attacks. He used this opportunity excellently. Izzatillo made the right decisions and, approaching attacks from the right wing, brought victory to the team. "This is the result of his work," he said.
At the same time, Khomyakov also answered the question about Bukhara's activity in only one half:
"This is the truth. In the current situation, our team is only able to maintain a high tempo for one half. Maintaining intensity to the end is very difficult. When asked about the opponent in the cup final, Khomyakov replied:
"According to my information, Pakhtakor played with their second squad in Khorezm today. And we didn't send anyone to observe them. Because we live in the 21st century - you don't have to go to the field to study the opponent. Video analysis and data are sufficient.
