Arsenal set a record in English football
London’s "Arsenal" club defeated "Brighton" 2-0 at home in the League Cup and continued their winning streak. Mikel Arteta’s team secured the victory thanks to precise strikes by Ethan Nwaneri in the 57th minute and Bukayo Saka in the 78th minute.

According to Opta, "Arsenal" became the first team in English top-flight history to win six matches in a month without conceding a goal. Previously, the "Gunners" defeated "Crystal Palace" (EPL, 1-0), Atletico Madrid (Champions League, 4-0), "Fulham" (EPL, 1-0), "West Ham" (EPL, 2-0), and "Olympiacos" (Champions League, 2-0).

The next opponent for the London giants in the English championship will be "Burnley". The match will take place on the first day of November.
