
The head coach of Bayer Leverkusen, Kasper Hjulmand, shared his thoughts after a dominant 6-0 victory over Heidenheim in the 10th round of the Bundesliga. The "Pharmacists" faced no issues defeating their opponent.
"The early goal helped us a lot. From that moment on, the team did not stop applying pressure.
We played at a high pace throughout the match. We are satisfied with the result, but there’s still room for improvement," said the coach through the Bundesliga press service.
After this victory, Bayer increased their points to 22, securing the fourth spot in the German Championship league table. The Leverkusen club is six points behind the leader, Bayern.
