Kerem Akturkoglu, a footballer for Istanbul's "Fenerbahce" club, has reportedly been sued for resembling Harry Potter. This was reported by the Sabah newspaper.
The lawsuit against Kerem was filed by the U.S.-based Warner Bros. company.
The reason cited was his replication of actions related to the Harry Potter universe during goal celebrations. Additionally, he had used music owned by Warner Bros. on his personal social media platforms.
Kerem Akturkoglu is a member of the Turkish national team and joined "Fenerbahce" in the summer of 2025. The 29-year-old midfielder previously played for "Galatasaray," "Benfica," and other clubs.
Rumors had circulated in the summer of 2024 about his potential transfer to Moscow's "Spartak" club, but the transfer did not materialize.
