Visitor Section Opened at Rayo Vallecano Stadium

Last weekend, in La Liga, Rayo Vallecano hosted Sevilla at their home ground. This match in Madrid's outskirts gained attention not only due to Real Betis’s visit but primarily because of a new development: the home team opened a separate sector for away fans at the stadium for the first time.

Rayo Vallecano’s arena is considered one of the most modest and unconventional venues in the Spanish championship, and until now, it lacked such a sector altogether. According to *Marca*, referring to it as a full-fledged sector would be an exaggeration: it is a simple and inexpensive barrier installed to avoid conflicts between fans.
