Penangda yosh dzyudochilar porladi, bir nechta oltin qoʻlga kiritildi

The "Penang Open International – 2026" international competition, held for junior and youth age categories in the Malaysian state of Penang, concluded successfully for young Uzbekistani judokas.

Representatives from the "Pantera Sport" and "Poytaxt" clubs under the "Judo Sport Club" delivered worthy performances on the tatami, recording a series of high results. Our young athletes demonstrated not only victories but also confidence and character.

The gold medalists, in particular, deserve special recognition. In the B8 age category (-28 kg), Rustamov Azizbek outclassed his opponents. In the B11 category (-45 kg), Xamidullayev Umar secured the championship. Several victories were recorded in the B13 age category — Abdulloh Murodov (-30 kg), Muhammadyusuf Qutbiddinov (-50 kg), and Botirboy Shoanvarov (-55 kg) were unrivaled in their weight classes. Additionally, in the B15 age category (-45 kg), Abdurahimov Muhammad also earned a gold medal.

A silver medal was credited to Karimov Muhammadali in the B13 age category. A bronze medal in the same age group was won by Abdulboriy Abrasulov.

These results once again proved that our young judokas are ready for competition on the international stage. In short, a new generation is emerging on the tatami — and they are coming in serious.
