Nursery hit by hacker attack

The Kido nursery chain in the United Kingdom has been attacked by hackers. A group called “Radiant” claims to have obtained personal data of children and staff. They are threatening to release more information unless a ransom is paid.

Photos of some children and their birth dates have been posted online. Staff passport details have also been leaked.

Experts say the direct risk to children is low. Police advise not to pay the hackers. The group admitted they are doing this only for money.

Parents have been advised to change passwords, monitor personal data, and report suspicious contacts. The incident highlights the need to strengthen cybersecurity in educational institutions.
