Google introduces screenless Fitbit Air device

Google has unveiled its new Fitbit Air wearable device. This screenless, Whoop-style gadget will be priced at $100 and offers users extensive health monitoring capabilities. The device is equipped with features such as 24/7 heart rate tracking, blood oxygen measurement, and sleep quality analysis. This is reported by Techcrunch.com reports .
Company representatives state that the Fitbit Air is designed for those who value compactness and comfort. It is 25 percent smaller than the Fitbit Luxe and 50 percent smaller than the Inspire 3, weighing only 12 grams. The screenless design allows users to monitor their health without digital distractions.
All data is synchronized via the Google Health app. The device can also be used in conjunction with the Pixel Watch, allowing users to wear the watch during the day and the lighter Fitbit Air at night or during workouts. The battery lasts up to a week, and a five-minute quick charge provides enough power for a full day of use.
Additionally, Google has launched its Google Health Coach service, powered by Gemini AI. This assistant helps users create personalized workout plans and analyze sleep habits. Three types of bands are available for the Fitbit Air, and the device goes on sale starting May 26.
