According to the information of the Supreme Court, over the past nine months, the courts of our country in civil cases have adopted more than 1.1 million judicial acts, among which more than 50 thousand spouses have applied to the courts for divorce.
During the first 9 months of this year, 1,135,823 court orders were issued to collect more than 8.2 trillion soums of mandatory payments. These payments include child support, wages, utility bills, and other debt obligations.
During this period, a total of 472,932 civil cases were considered, including:
- 365 164 claims were satisfied;
- 56,804 were rejected;
- 45,682 were left unattended;
Proceedings on 5,282 cases have been completed.
- 52,507 cases on rulings were considered, and according to the analysis:
- In 27,578 cases, marriages were officially annulled;
- In 18,430 cases, the ruling was rejected;
- 4,658 cases were left without consideration;
- 1,841 cases were suspended.
- Of the 2,375 restoration-related civil cases, 1,053 were satisfied, and 911 were dismissed.
9,672 cases were considered in the appellate procedure, 6,357 in the cassation procedure, and 4,267 in the supervisory procedure. Hundreds of lower courts' decisions have been overturned or amended by higher courts.
This situation shows that family relations are becoming more complicated, and social and economic factors are affecting the legal activity of the population.
